Brief

  • Redesign customer wealth webapp.
  • Redesign customer Investment onboarding/questionnaire.
  • Redesign staff customer support webapp.
  • Design the backroom staff document builder.

Process

Intensive lessons on private banking, stocks, bonds, portfolios, customer risk level etc. We interviewed backroom staff to hear to document the pain points. Wireframes and designs were created in Sketch for the wireframes. I created a prototype for the Private Bank webapp and the user testing was conducted by EY-Seren. A lot of time was spent on getting the charts right so that customers could easily digest their holdings and segment where necessary. All websites, both customer facing and internal tools had to adhere to and pass AA accessibility standards. I presented to and liaised directly with the dev team to field questions and resolve issues.
